My Story

I've always felt a deep curiosity about the human body, nutrition, and well-being. But beyond the science, what truly drives me is the desire to support people through their transformation, guided by respect, empathy, and attentive listening.

I trained as a nutritionist, integrative health coach, and breastfeeding advisor, convinced that health is not only about what we eat, but also how we live, how we connect, and how we care for our environment. Over the years, I've worked with people from diverse cultures, ages, and backgrounds, learning that every body has a story, every dish a tradition, and every journey its own rhythm.

My approach honors what you've already achieved, helps you discover new ways to care for yourself, and offers practical tools that fit your real life. I believe in the power of mindful eating, in the link between personal and public health, and in our shared responsibility to care for the planet as we care for ourselves.

This project was born from my vocation and my commitment to a more human, inclusive, and sustainable vision of health. If you're here, it's because something in you is ready to bloom. And I'm here to walk with you.

 

The Process

This space celebrates diversity, health, and the transformative power of conscious care. As a nutritionist, integrative health coach, and breastfeeding advisor, I support each person with deep respect for their story, traditions, and cultural background. I believe there’s no single path to wellness, there are many, and each one deserves to be honored.

My approach begins by recognizing what you’ve already achieved: your body, your health, and your experience are proof of your strength. From there, I guide you toward new ways of caring for yourself, without judgment or pressure, using tools that empower you to become your best version.

Health is not only personal, it’s also collective and planetary. That’s why I promote practices that respect the environment, support public health, and build more conscious and compassionate communities. Eating well, caring for yourself, and caring for the planet can go hand in hand.
